Beloved Ones,
As we transition from winter to spring, we are reminded that we exist in a constant cycle of change. Not just in nature, but also in our lives. Sometimes we choose to make a change, but sometimes it arrives uninvited. Change can feel disorienting. Even when it is right, it can feel hard.
But what if change is not something to fear… but something to work with?
For thousands of years, ancient systems have understood that life moves in patterns. The I Ching calls this “easy change” — not because it is effortless, but because it is natural. Predictable. Part of a greater flow.
When we resist change, we create struggle. When we align with it, something very different begins to happen. We find our footing again.
This is the heart of the work I offer.
